Snowy mountains and forests right along the ocean combined with many winter activities - It doesn’t get much more special than that. This blogpost will focus on hiking trails which are (mostly) accessible even in winter without any special gear.

The Höga Kusten is know as one of the best hiking areas in Sweden. You can find a sheer endless amount of hiking trails of all sorts of length and difficulty. Living here has allowed me to discover both the highlights and the lesser-known trails.

The Swedish High Coast (Höga Kusten) lays quite a bit up North and thanks to that it has to offer all four seasons - Summer, autumn, winter and spring. But which season is the best to explore the Swedish High Coast?
