Cancellation Policy

​Booking cancellation

By completing a booking through our website, you agree to these cancellation terms.

Cancellation before arrival

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date: full refund.

• Cancellations made 30–60 days before check-in: 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in: no refund.

Changes to your booking

Requests to change your arrival date, departure date, or room type are subject to availability. If the new booking period has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

No-show

If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and have not contacted us, your booking may be cancelled and payments will not be refunded.

​

Early departure

If you decide to leave before the agreed end date, we cannot guarantee a refund for unused nights.

Exceptional circumstances

If unexpected events outside your control prevent your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation individually and try to find a reasonable solution.
